CUPRA Cardiff were helpful because the salesman explained everything clearly and he wasn’t pushy to get a sale . I went in looking at a used car and came away with a brand new car with extras included for almost the same price . I had regular phone calls updating me on car preparation and when available to collect from dealership. Amazing all round service from a local dealership .
CUPRA Cardiff were great because the man called Richard who I met last couple of times is a man that is on every thing I could wished for he called to make sure the car was what I thought it was and better I told home I had a small mark on wheel he said bring it back we will get it sorted for u this man is not just a sales man he is above and beyond that so big thanks to Richard middleton
The staff at CUPRA Cardiff were good because The team were kind, approachable and made everything feel easy with no pressure at all. Every question I had was answered clearly and patiently, and I genuinely felt listened to and valued as a customer. It was refreshing to deal with a dealership that was so professional while also being warm and personable. A really great experience overall.
